Since the GROUP Training course recommends that you take two TKI assessments with modified instructions, the TKI Package also comes with these two assessments. This combination of three online courses and two TKI assessments is the perfect package for consultants, trainers, coaches, and mediators who wish to gain mastery of the TKI for applications with individuals, couples, groups, and organizations. And if you pass the two required Final Exams (GROUP Training in Conflict Management and ADVANCED Training in Conflict Management), you’ll receive a special certificate to signify your achievement: Certificate in the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument.
